Do I need to connect my broker account?
No. You log trades by hand or import a CSV export from your platform. TradeProof AI never asks for broker logins, API keys or account access.
Which platforms can I import from?
CSV exports from NinjaTrader 8, Tradovate, Rithmic, MetaTrader 4 / 5, cTrader, TradingView and Binance — futures, forex, stocks and crypto, with contract multipliers handled for you. The i button in the import strip at the top of this page shows where each platform keeps its export. Free trials import up to 20 trades; paid plans have no limit.
What does the AI look at when it grades a trade?
The trade details you record (instrument, direction, entry, exit, stop, target, size and result), the rules you wrote for that strategy, and your own notes. It checks each rule, returns a score out of 100 and a grade from A+ to F, and flags psychological patterns such as revenge trading or early exits. A rule your notes never mention is not counted as a violation.
What is included in the free trial?

What is the difference between Pro and Elite?
Pro ($29/month) adds AI trade grading against your strategy, the AI Coach (fair-use limits apply), psychological pattern detection, a risk review in every AI report and unlimited CSV import. Elite ($69/month) includes everything in Pro, plus Discipline Impact, Trading Times and Prop Rules with presets for Apex, Topstep, FTMO and more.
How do payments and cancellation work?
By card, plans are billed monthly and renew until you cancel; tax may apply. You can cancel any time from Manage billing on your Subscription page, and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. USDT payments (TRC20 or BEP20) cover 30 days and never renew automatically. Details are in the Refund Policy.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Access to paid features stops, but your journal, strategies and reports are kept and become available again when you subscribe. You can also delete all of your trade data yourself from Settings at any time.
